  Your booking company didn't get the reservation to the hotel before we arrived. We had to settle for a downgraded room because of your companies inability to promptly deliver the reservation. The hotel was great, you however, were not. - this is the hotel that has keurig coffee maker. fabulous. the bed is so comfy. it didnt give me a bad backache... what people say » compared to other hotels i have been checking in.wi fi is fantastic! - I don't know what percentage of rooms have been renovated, but my room had all new fixtures - bathroom heating and cooling. I also thought the truckers' theme front desk was cool.
