  Staff was very accomodating!! Had a mix up with booking (requiring 2 queen beds not one) but they fixed it right away and with no extra charge! Very impressed with staff!! Good breakfast! - The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Edmonton. It was quite close to West Edmonton Mall as well... what people say » as a few smaller ones.

  A nice enough hotel. Large room with kitchenette (hot elements, microwave and utensils), shower over bath, flatscreen TV, iron & ironing board and refrigerator. Adjoining the hotel is Rosie's Bar & Grill (we dined there - it was adequate and fairly good value) and a Thai restaurant and MacDonalds is very close by. The staff was like dealing with your own family (without the snide remarks :) The rooms were clean and comfortable. I was only there for one night so I didn't spend much time there.   The beds omg the beds were to die for!!! This is a first for me. The staff (front desk to cleaning, all were very helpful and friendly. They treated our kids like people and got us anything we needed. The cleaning staff even figured out we were there for dance and left extra makeup removers in our room. The breakfast was great!! We were at the UofA and in rush hour it was a 25 minute drive. - This hotel had renovations ongoing during my stay, and had notices posted everywhere that if something was in the halls or if there were loud noises in the day this was the cause. This was a big bonus for me as then no one was left in the dark. The pool/hot tub was very relaxing, and everything was in good repair. Will be returning.

  My wife and I loved the elegant, spacious calm airy sunny quiet relaxing room with ajoining sitting room. Windows all around that you could open and with beautiful lace curtains. We have never before experienced more welcoming calm attentive efficient service in another restaurant. - The Inn was quaint and historical. Staying at Glenora was like taking a step back in time - the Inn was steeped in history. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent.

  Everyone was very kind and helpful. Your staff is awesome even if it is exam time. The food was much better than I remember university meals. Unfortunately I raved to many other vendors at the craft fair about how wonderful our experience was. I may have to make next year's reservations many months ahead.
