  I had a great experience. The suite was spotless, well equipped, and could have fit my entire family - I regret that I was alone and only spending the night. Great deal. All of the front desk staff were personable and helpful, and readily directed me to places I needed to go.   Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very accomodating, friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The facility was neat and tidy always and very clean. The rooms are very well kept and the fridge, microwave and coffee pot are always super to have.   One of the better hotels I had encountered during my trip through western Canada. What I mostly will remember is the friendly staff. For larger hotels rather rare these days. They also have an excellent rotating restaurant on the top floor, which provides some nice views from Edmonton along the North Saskatchewan river. - The lobby was beautiful,... what people say » staff were helpful and friendly.   Location was very convenient for my purpose as it is near to the Misericordia Hospital where my husband was having surgery. Also close to WEM where I could spend time when my husband was in the O.R. - Breakfast was great- it was nice to have a full complimentary breakfast, not just continental!

The room was so large and had a the biggest flat screen tv we have ever seen in a hotel. It was fabulous. The hotel was attached to the mall, and nice restaurants stayed open until after midnig - I stayed there with my sister. We took a couple of days off work to get away from everyday life. We started to relax as soon as we got to the hotel. The staff was very friendly andrespectful. We loved that we could park in a safe place, and carry our bags to our roome anytime. L2 restaurant was also very good. We just really enjoyed our stay.

I also liked that my thermostat was extremely adjustable and quick to respond.   The beds were comfortable. I love Best Western pillows. There was coffee in the room and a nice sized TV. Close to lots of shopping, including the West Edmonton Mall. - I was only here for one night so I didn't do much at the hotel, but the bed (king) was very comfortable and the room was big.
