  I had a great experience. The suite was spotless, well equipped, and could have fit my entire family - I regret that I was alone and only spending the night. Great deal. All of the front desk staff were personable and helpful, and readily directed me to places I needed to go.   Initially we thought that this would be a downgrade from our stay at the Banff and Jasper resorts but we were surprised that the interior décor and settings were quite modern. The beds and the comforters were the most comfortable ones among my 8 days stay in Alberta (we had stayed in 7 different hotels during this trip). Very close to the West Edmont - Grandad with daughter and grandson. Beds comfy, clean, ac very good. Very short walk to Mall. WiFi free but you need to get codes from front desk each day but they gave me days ahead. We extended our stay with no problems even though hotel was very full.
