  I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out.   One of the better hotels I had encountered during my trip through western Canada. What I mostly will remember is the friendly staff. For larger hotels rather rare these days. They also have an excellent rotating restaurant on the top floor, which provides some nice views from Edmonton along the North Saskatchewan river. - The lobby was beautiful,... what people say » staff were helpful and friendly. The room was so large and had a the biggest flat screen tv we have ever seen in a hotel. We decided to watch a movie in our hotel instead of at the theatre downstairs because the bed was so cozy and the tv offered us the ability... what people say » to watch movies that were still in theatres. It was fabulous. The hotel was attached to the mall, and nice restaurants stayed open until after midnig - I stayed there with my sister. We took a couple of days off work to get away from everyday life. We started to relax as soon as we got to the hotel. The staff was very friendly andrespectful. We loved that we could park in a safe place, and carry our bags to our roome anytime. L2 restaurant was also very good. We just really enjoyed our stay.

  Just kidding on the beach. Look, I stay at the delta because its a manageable walk form the courthouse and is better priced than the Westin. It works for me. Less expensive hotels are farther away and for $20 more, the delta is certainly worth it.
