A lovely welcome and really helpfull owner. The accommodation is quirky and fun. Kitchen decor in 'diner' style, sofa in kitchen/living area for TV watching, nice to have a PC provided. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Loved raiding the fridge for breakfast, a 'help yourself' arrangement ready to set you up for the day. Would recommend as a stopover

This is a great place, run by a farming couple (of course): they make a wicked breakfast (and doggie bags) and provide excellent company while one is eating it. Really good value. The accommodation is in a self-contained bungalow; the nearest restaurant is in Clearwater, 4-5 miles away: a good small-town American place. -
