  We felt very accomodated. We liked the fact that we were given the choice of reusing our towels and bedding...such a waste of time and resources to do otherwise. We had a number of questions/requests after the first day of our stay and they were taken care of immediately. Thank you for helping to make our stay so enjoyable! Mark and Sue Wils... what people say » on - The manager and staff were extremely helpful and made the trip that much more enjoyable and relaxing. Even though at first I was concerned as our rooms weren't ready the kindness and attentiveness of the staff made any such problem disappear.

  Very welcoming staff and wonderful breakfast which was included in the price. The bar area was also a great place to have a casual dinner at night - compliments to the chef! Location was perfect for walking into the old town and port. Dundee Arms has a very charming atmosphere especially in the "Fall". - The hotel is well situated on a quite side... what people say » street - all major attractions and restaurants are located within easy walking distance. Staff members were very helpful and courteous. Our room was in the "new" annex and relatively contemporary and efficient in design.

  For the price we found the room to be rather clean looking with a nice flat screen, mini fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was very clean as well. We had our dinner in the little pub downstairs and found the food excellent (my wife had the lasagna and I the steak). - I had stated here a few years ago when under different management and found ... what people say » the place old and musty. Since then under new management: a total makeover! Found the hotel to be clean, modern and great value for money. Many updates, great outdoor pool as well,
