  I would totally recommend this stay. I liked the 2 bedroom set up and having a kitchen with working fridge which we used. The little soaps and bottles of shampoo and such were a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great walking distance to the downtown core. Glad parking was included. - Very efficient, clean and comfortable. Excell... what people say » ent value. Like the idea of an educational institution making use of its resources to not only benefit itself by drawing revenue but by allowing the public to benefit by using such facilities originally built with taxpayers money.

  Very welcoming staff and wonderful breakfast which was included in the price. The bar area was also a great place to have a casual dinner at night - compliments to the chef! Location was perfect for walking into the old town and port. Dundee Arms has a very charming atmosphere especially in the "Fall". - The hotel is well situated on a quite side... what people say » street - all major attractions and restaurants are located within easy walking distance. Staff members were very helpful and courteous. Our room was in the "new" annex and relatively contemporary and efficient in design.

  The staff were excellent! loved the location as we wanted to do a lot of traveling and this was a nice central point to base our travels from. The rooms were very clean and there is a nice garden where you can go and sit. It is important to remember that this is a "budget friendly" place and not 5 star but it served our purposes well. We liked it ... what people say » so much we stayed an extra two nights. - Very nice and welcoming staff. Nice proprietor. Hotel clean and rooms large. Close to restaurants and easy to access downtown and airport by taxi. You had your own entrance which makes for privacy. Also budget friendly. Really enjoyed my stay there.

  It is a charming piece of heritage. It was very unique! Excellent for the historical minded, turn-of-the-century lover. Close to downtown where Conferderation happened! The owner and staff were great. I was a little confused that there is no actually 'check-in' but once all was figured out it was OK. Unique all the way around!
