The room was spotless, and the decor was modern. The hotel was literally the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. So close to the downtown but no downtown noise and no noise from the other guests - a complete luxury. I was so impressed I asked at the front desk and was told the rooms are double insulated so sound does not carry. -

Enthusiastic and motivated staff, a huge room with big bathroom (with bath), good restaurant which isn't too overpriced, beautifully comfortable beds and a good gym and swimming pool.

Despite the fact that the hotel looked really luxurious, the staff were very friendly and down do earth.
The decor was amazing and the rooms were very spacious.
No charge for wireless internet connection.
A fabulous business office where you could keep in touch with your work.
Very nice pool and some outdoor patio spaces.
The beds were awesome - I mean really comfortable.

Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Upon check-in we were treated like royalty! We were a group of friends who get together once a year to shop and socialize.
