  The room was very comfortable, and loved the jaccuzi after a long travel time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When they found out we had a long waiting time, they offered us our room for an extra 2 hrs., which was very much appreciated. We had the opportunity to eat in the restaurant twice, and again we found the staff excellent and the... what people say » food was very good. Definitely got your money's worth. We also really appreciated the complimentary airport/hotel shuttle, with a very helpful driver - My wife and I stayed here before a two-week trip of ours, and chose it due to its a) proximity of the hotel to the airport, and b) the outdoor pool. It was raining so we didn't use the pool, but got to use the free shuttle which was great (and leaves every twenty minutes to every terminal). The hotel was great, comfy, and had a delicious well priced room service breakfast. Great place and would definitely stay again! And well priced too.

  We absolute loved the homely feel, right down to the meal prepared for you and included in your price when you arrived home exhausted from a touring day, even though we had a suite with a fully functional kitchen. The hotel was very clean and close to shopping areas , malls, flea market, fast food and more up scale restaurants. Staff were nice and helpful. I really enjoyed the complimentary snack bag and the kitchen which included stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, stove, large microwave and full six fridge, just awesome!!!

  Everything about my stay was amazing we also had a free upgrade. The pool area was small but still nice and atmosphere was great. The staff who checked me out she was so nice and Friendly. - Location. Very close to Toronto airport (we had an early flight) and Chop restaurant. Comfortable room.
