Excellent service from all staff, extremly nice rooms everything we needed for the stay,breakfast was very good, verything was good could not fault anything, would reccommend highly and will stay at the Best Western Bristol again when we visit Sofia, great for shopping everywhere was in walking distance. Really very nice, clean and new hotel. Location is only 500m. from Vitosha Str., most beautiful street of Sofia. However when they make an allusion of «a navette from hotel to the airport», it means that they will call a private taxi...
all reviews » The staff were very friendly. Air conditioning worked perfectly so the room was very cool and comfortable. Good steaks in the restaurant. I would recommend the delicious Shopska salad (which was recommended by the waitress to me). It is a nice small cosy brand new Hotel down town in Sofia. Very clean,the staff was very friendly. We had a dinner at the Restaurant which is very good and not very expensive.i would definately recommend this Hotel. Nice comfortable hotel in city center and close to all amenities. The shuttle service to the airport was quoted to me at twice the price of a taxi, which I thought was very poor. The only Problem is that the air-condition is very noisy and that the parking area was not directly at the Hotel and you had to pay extra 8 euros for 24 hours. Nothing!. It is not problem of the hotel but when I was booking it has been written that all sum will be charged at the day of booking. One of the rooms had a strong smell of drain coming from the bathroom. No parking at the hotel (but it is just 200 meters far). location. The parking must be paid extra. No particular remarks. Nothing negative to say. the area around the Hotel is not the best... Extra charge for an expresso at the breakfast seems to be an avoidable petty issue. Window view is not the best. Some renewal starts to be needed. Transfer service from the airport little expensive but great quality. Parking nearby the hotel for 8€ extra, location not particularly interesting, limited breakfast selection. - the ceiling level of the room where i stayed in (605) is not equal, there is a slope, and half of the room has a lower ceiling which makes it hard to utilize the space --- i don't know if it was part of the design - i think the airport transfer fees are a bit too much considering that it is not that far from the airport. All parts of the hotel; room is very cosy. Our room was a bit small but very nice. Breakfast starts at 7:00 but at this time not everything is ready... :-(. rooms a little small for a 5 stars. Nothing. The room could have been a little bigger and lighter. The view- someone's bathroom and living room. Problems with hotel transfer to the airport much more expencive than taxi. Not possible to stop the car at the entrance during check-in.
