The residence is absolutely amazing. When you arrive, you're given a pair of slippers for free and you're asked to choose your pillow from a selection of four ones. Katleen the manager is very accommodating and really helpful.

I arrived late in the evening yet was greeted extremely warmly and made to feel very welcome. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, room was very comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel was within walking distance of the railway station, yet the building had lovely character, and the area was quiet at night. -

We used the hotel as a stop over on our way across continental Europe so arrived late and left early. It was perfect for this as right next to the Antwerp ring road, spotlessly clean, and was able to accommodate myself and kids in one room with a hot shower en suite. The staff were really friendly and helpful, so I would recommend. -

Very easy to find a the far entrance to Centraal station. All the main tram and bus stops are close by, as are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.
The old part of the town around Grotemarkt is only a 20 minute walk away, or 5 mins on a tram.
No late night noise outside the hotel that other people reported. This is better than the Ibis at Brugge Centraal station.
