Very welcoming, saw them helping new arrivals very nicely indeed! The staff was kind to do our check-in after midnight despite of the booking said it was until 23:00. We didn't use any transport to get a centre of the city. The girl from reseption gave us a map and shown where to go, which places to visit if we have only one day. There is a public parking in the street for 3,5 for 24 hrs. Just behind the hotel.
