The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

breakfast and the location (in the European district). The eco-friendly
character of the hotel is an added value in itself. It was my first stay
and I was very positive surprised by the fact that one hour free use of
internet is included in the room rate and I could also print my boarding
pass for free. I will try to book this hotel in the future.

There was nothing that we disliked about the hotel. Personally we prefer to be "off the beaten track" which this hotel was. It was just oustide the city centre but on the tour bus route. The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient.
