Staff spoke enough English for us all to get by, but don't speak too quickly or use large words. :-) all up a great hotel. Would most - The rooms were very big. Booked a twin and got a room with 3 singles for same price. Had a balcony too. Very clean. Easy to hop on the tram outside the hotel and be in the old city centre in a few minutes. Many arabic restuarants nearby with delicious food at very cheap prices.

  Very good stay. The friendly attitude of the members of staff and the homely envinroment over shadows the intial few complaints we had. Please keep it up as we will be glad to stay with you at the earliest opportunity. All the best. - It was really close to the train station and it was pretty cheap comparing to the other hotels

  It was a wonderful hotel. The room was huge with a huge bed as well and with an excellent view of the city. Very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, only a small walk to the main city square.
