you get a nice pad and are completely unhassled. At first I thought the staff were pretty unfriendly but over time i realised that this was just a cultural difference. they were actually very helpful. great location as well. really close to gare du nord, although not all taxi drivers seem to know where the street is. IT WAS A GREAT PLACE,NICE MANAGER,CLEAN,KITCHEN PERFECT,WELL LOCATED BY PUBLIC TRAMSP. BUT IF YOU CAN BRING YOUR BIKE MUCH BETTER,SECURE PARKING,WE WILL REPITED.

Located near train station. it was quiet and clean and relatively cheap considering you are only 2.5 km. from city centre and only approx.200 mtr from gare du nord walking distance. The flats are clean and you can come and go at any time there are no curfews on the gated property. Excellent location, next to the Northern station with all types of transportation, and 20 minutes walking distance from the center. Very comfortable.Perfect for a longer stay or for people who don't like to go to a restaurant every day. No problems, room clean, staff friendly. The facilities available, and the friendliness of the staff. Very quite, very close to north station.What we like most is the privacy that the place provide. We can cook when and what we want. You can save money and still have good food, provided that you know how to cook! Area is slightly dodgy(not as bad as Brussels Midi though). They could do with supplying extra blankets.There were one or two problems with the room that were unresolved (leak in bathroom ceiling). The rooms should be serviced more frequent, especially with short stays.cleanliness; maintenance. the bathroom was verz small and smells unwell. The man at the reception was extremely unhelpful - he always tried to avoid all my requests. The location is not very good - a long walk to the public transport, does not feel safe later in the evening. Very poor sound insulation of apartments - you can hear everything happening in neighbouring rooms, and it really disturbs the comfort.Smell at the room from the (no air conditions and ventilation). The Manager was not quite helpful. The reception is closed on saturday and sunday and the manager is also not available over phone. The water in the bathroom creates a lot of noise in the night.the room was not clean, the water infrastructure was below standard, the room smelled, the bread toaster was not functional (bread did not come out), the bathroom was old and broken, in the morning there was no water due to an issue in another room, etc etc.

Our complex has no own bar or restaurant, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you will have the possibility to prepare the things you like most yourself.
On walking distance there are also a lot of cosy restaurants and bars who offer very good quality at very reasonable prices.
At the reception we also sell small snacks and drinks.
