The staff were excellent, particularly the front desk, they were knowledgeable about local access, e.g. trains, buses, trams, shopping. The restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful.The apartment was very comfortable, down to the heated floor in the bathroom, a spacious shower area and quality fittings.

Spotless rooms - superbly fitted out. Staff were very friendly andhelpful. Location is great for seeing all Gent has to offer. Private,secure parking a bonus (reservation needed).
