  We were met when we arrived at the door and made to feel very welcome. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was good with easy access to all sights in Brussells. Very good value for money. - Good location, clean and most of all friendly and helpful staffs.

  - i wished sleeping in this area and found a 40 euro single room and 45 double -> perfect - staff was very professional and proactive - not so common. - rich breakfast at set time in the room (actually found it outside at 6 am since I was busy, perfect) - there was a problem but it has been addressed: had to change rooms as heating was not work... what people say » ing. overall excellent as renovating going on and personnel compensated with extreme courtesy and professionality, solving the issue in the meantime. - Located at Merode metro station Derby hotel is excellently positioned for Brussels visitors having meetings there.
