  Although we were booked into a room on the 7th floor (and not 1st or 2nd as I requested) the receptionist was happy to change us immediately, and we had a very comfortable and spacious room on the 3rd floor, which was fine. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was fantastic ! And restaurant was excellent too, and staff very friendly and helpful. ... what people say » NB We chose this hotel because we have had previous excellent experience with NH hotels in Spain. - I always stay at this hotel when I attend a conference at the RAI and it is always excellent. The staff are very friendly and I love the all in concept. It is excellent value for money and the rooms are modern and clean. I recommend taking a double room as the single rooms are small and dont have a boath but the double rooms are perfect.

  Clean, modern, friendly, comfortable hotel. Weekend rate including breakfast was very good value for money. Breakfast was delicious and breakfast hours were generous. Late checkout on Sunday at no extra charge. Easy to reach from train station Midi/Zuid (3 stops on metro line 2).   There was nothing that we disliked about the hotel. Personally we prefer to be "off the beaten track" which this hotel was. It was just oustide the city centre but on the tour bus route. The bus to the Central Station 100m fromthe hotel. When the price is right there are very few hotels like this in Brussels. - The owner, Peter and all the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival, Peter gave us a book detailing all the amazing buildings on the Grand Place as well as good info regarding places worth seeing. Also the location was fantastic - close to everything - no need for a tour, you could walk all of the Old Town on your own. Lovely old hotel 100m from the Metro. We can DEFINITELY recommend it.
