Clean, modern, friendly, comfortable hotel. Weekend rate including breakfast was very good value for money. Breakfast was delicious and breakfast hours were generous. Late checkout on Sunday at no extra charge. Easy to reach from train station Midi/Zuid (3 stops on metro line 2). I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast buffet was excellent! Sunday check out was extended until 5:00pm. Unfortunately we had to catch an early flight but wish we could have taken advantage of this special.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. A very safe area and only about a 15 - 20 minute walk to the Grand Place. Some great little restuarants in the side streets around the hotel too that are very reasonably priced. Couldn't fault the hotel at all - especially not at the price we paid!!

Breakfast selection is big, but hot buffet is so-so quality. Room size is small, this wouldn't be a problem , but unfortunately you can hear the neighbours

Hotel is comfortable and service and facilities match the 4 stars rating. Sunday late checkout is a nice touch.

Both booking.com and hotel chain website state hotel is central and a map is provided. They also say it's quite easy to get there by train/tube but NO indication of what line/stop to use to get to the hotel. I think a direction section with details on what tram/tube/train station to use will definitively be useful for first time guest of the hotel.On arrival we were informed we could have got th

Was really good value for the weekend rate and the breakfast was good. It was well located for getting to train station/airport/trams into city. centre.

A couple of people on reception were not overly helpful or friendly, seemed to be putting them out by asking questions, didn't seem to have too much info on the city (didn't know anything about Tourist information office or buying train tickets etc) but others on reception were lovely. Not much in the way of restaurants or bars in the immediate area.

The hotel was very nice and the staff friendly.

The only moan I have was the windows couldn't open. Although there was air conditioning the hotel is very warm and you felt stifled at times and you wanted to be able to open the window and get some fresh air
