It is an excellent hotel. Its location is also excellent, very close to an underground station. The area is full of variety of facilities such as good food. I am glad that you have some rooms for smokers. Besauce of this smokers can not feel as discriminated. The staff was very kind.The friendly welcome as well as treatment. The added extras were superb and the design of the room was very nice. The breakfast was till 11 or 12 on sunday which we found very useful! Best of all, the room rate we got was 100 euros less than full price.The lazy Sunday option was briliant. Also the fact that you can have breakfat till 11.00 am (12.00 am on Sunday). No sound isolation in the windows nor doors; noises from the street and from the aisle disturbed the sleep, expensive Internet connection. The parking is a disaster, they should'ntsay they have parking,the entrence is horrible and not fit a BMW 5.20 inside just 5 cars place.No wine offered in the minibar. Felt lobby design could be improved. Reception area is a little cramped when alot of visitors arrive at the same time.Lack of air-conditioning. screaming in the street at nigth. A bit anonymous; cheap furnishings!, awkward bathroom. - the praking place was too small en cost too much. wirelss internet in such class hotel should be free of charge. a bit noisy in the street.The single room was very small and there was no safe in my room. No air-conditioning, no gym, expensive internet given the overall facilities. Internet extreamly expensive. Two seperate beds kept moving around.The heating and windows are old, so I could hear the wind outside and it took a long time to warm the room.

By train:
You will arrive in the South (Zuid) Station (Bruxelles MIDI). This is where all international trains stop. The Thalys and Eurostar have their own area in the station.
From the south station you take the metro towards Simonis for 3 stops (Louiza). From the metro station Louiza you can walk to the hotel in 3 minutes.
By car:
Via the E19 Antwerp - Brussels. Arriving at Brussels follow the ring in the direction of Luik. Keep following the direction Liege (Luik) until the exit for Liege. On the exit you stay in the right lane, this brings you to the exit for Brussels. You are now on the E40.
On the E40 follow the direction “Europeese Instellingen”. After a short tunnel you will find yourself on the Kortenbergstraat leading to the big roundabout named Schuman. On this roundabout you take the 2nd exit to the Wetstraat. Stay on the left lanes. You will eventually have to go left.
You are now on the "kleine ring" (small ring). You will go underground and leave the small ring at the exit Louiza. Continue straight on until the first big roundabout, take the 3rd exit to the Av. Louise. At the next roundabout you turn to the right. Continue till the first traffic lights. Turn to the right. Second street to the right again.
