It is a private house belongs to Michele, she is really nice and always willing to help, and she knows lots of languages such as Dutch and Italian that may be helpful for tourists. And I lived in the single room, small but contains everything in need. B&B M&M is close to the line with attractions, you can choose either take a tram that close to the house or just walk along the road, Michele will offer you a map to show this road. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and what is important in current season — warm.
Considering the location, it is quite easy to get anywhere from the B&B, there is a metro station nearby and for walk lovers the city center is within 30 minutes.
Michele is a very helpful and a very interesting person. The location is near Parvis Sainte Gille, a lively but peaceful area which is not far from the main attractions yet not "touristy".

Maybe the wooden stairs were steep? And no lock outside the living room, though there are just two rooms.
Except these, everything is comfortable, it's the best room I've ever stayed.
The bathroom is on another floor, and the stairway is a bit chilly, but that's expectable when you rent a room.
It's a more or less far from the subway station to walk with travel bags. But without this, it's ok.
