very friendly staff (reception). the rooms and the breakfast. the people are very friendly and welcome. the hotel is very close to the underground metro station, also 20 minute from train station. the room was clean. Perfect for a relax week end.... My room was very large and comfortable. The hotel is only 2 minutes walking distance to a Metro station and it is conveniently close to Brussels downtown and Brussels-Midi station.
