helpful staff. Very close to Gare Midi, direct train from airport 3 stops only. Pretty quiet. Staff at reception was helpful. City maps available.location, close to rail station. the only good thing about this hotel is the helpful reception. just the place of the hotel. building site and noise near hotel. Brekfast, no ham or meat at all. Free WiFi in the room was not working.location, not a nice part of town, dirty room, small, hotel didn't get word that we were travelling with children and weren't ready with extra bed. the room was falling to pieces, mould in bedroom, shower head split, bed cover looked like it could do with a wash, lightbulbs not working, in a not so great area.Heating didn't work so it stayed on all night, without the staff caring very much. The breakfast is supposed to be buffet, and is hardly a Continental one. Too expensive for the quality!. many things,room are very small,the cleanlines is very limited,room service is very poor,reception have limited services,prices are slightly high,the TV chanels are very limited.
