Everything.It was also very convenient because it is directly connected to Seef Mall. The mall was big but not as busy as City Centre...so it was relaxing and fun! Thanks to all the staff who were friendly and professional

The staff was super, anything you needed or even a kind smile and a chat
to see how you got on. For me the bellboy named shazad was excellent.
Before I got to the hotel we had a long flight. Held up by immigration
for no reason and local moody taxi driver. So I was a bit annoyed but he

memebers were so friendly and greate hospitality. Room was cleaned and

Both my wife and I enjoyed using the spa facilities at the hotel. By using these facilities we were able to stay at the hotel until 6:00 pm (Fri) for checking out which was really helpful. The heated pool and bar adjacent was also very pleasant.

We arrived in the morning and met with friendly faces.Sam and his staff could not do enough for us. They had finished serving breakfast but provided us with complimentary Tea,Coffee and croissants. Our room if you could call it that was a huge apartment, we only wished we'd been staying longer. The free shuttle to and from the airport was excellent.
