The service was excellent in every area of the hotel , including the peripheral services such as Hair Salon, Mens barber shop, and taxi availability from the Hotel. The Ladies Spa was outstanding complete with indoor pool, steam, dry sauna, jacuzzi, facials, pedicures, massages, lockers, change areas, aromatherapy and more. The prices were reasonable and Royal Club members received 20% discount. The food was very good especially the appies at the KonTiki restaurant. Room Service was efficient a.
all reviews » Both my wife and I enjoyed using the spa facilities at the hotel. By using these facilities we were able to stay at the hotel until 6:00 pm (Fri) for checking out which was really helpful. The heated pool and bar adjacent was also very pleasant. As usual gorgeous.The rooms are spacious and beautiful sea view. a beautiful professional massage in the Men SPA I had late check-out till 6 pm and was Free. I stayed in this hotel several times, and I like it. its a good hotel to stay but , its noisy even inside the rooms you hear people outside and up your room walking , the parking is too crowded . at the end i still recommend this hotel . The room is great. Good in general. Everything. Location. Location. There were water problems on our floor - and the shower had terrible temperature stability and weak pressure. Tap water was dirty. The breakfast had a wide choice but the cooked food was not hot enough. Also some of the fruits on offer didn't look or taste that fresh. I thick some renovation shall take place in all rooms. but still good enough. the hot tub was cold - might be intentional?. Housekeeping was a bit erratic; on the first day we had to ask for our room to be made up despite having been out all morning and on the day we were checking out they knocked on our door at 9am!. This trip there were too many kids/young teens running around the pool area making to much noise. No one made any attempt to get them to be quiet. The club lounge hours are far too short in th evening. It should run from 5.30 until at least 8.30pm This would give more time for people who are out and about and the do not need to rush back. The bar (Fiddlers Green) was very smoky and there were not many people in there. I imagine it would get a lot worse when full. quality of service at the beach bar, could not get order right, learn english!. Couple of things were missing for example, I had to call them for slippers, shaving kit etc but they provided it in time so it was cool. Buffet Breakfast was overpriced and not the best quality. I prefer using a Muslim shower in the toilet, which was missing. Room rent may be a little deceptive as it does not include levies and taxes. The luck of hot water at the shower. A little be noisy at the pool. Needs one lounge area which is a bit more intimate - just a big open place.
