Lake Zell and the public beach are only a 5-minute walk away. A bus stop is 300 metres away, and various hiking trails can be reached in a short walk.

Every things specially the nice receptionists. The new equipment as well as the modern way of farnatures. Greetings to great personnel and modern interior. Modern hotel,near to lake and shopping area. The service was excellent. All the staff were very firendly and gave us a warm welcome. It is in a good location by the lido and a few minutes walk from the town. The breakfast buffet had an excellent choice and they even cooked eggs on demand. The evening meal was beautifully cooked and very reasonably priced.

The spa area while great had very slippery floors in it while wet and could do with some mats to stop people slipping. the pillow wasn`t comfortable. the room is rather small, but new furnitured and clean;price in the bar for drink; we had railway station view and on working days started from 7 - 7:30 a.m. till the evening there were strong signal in order to attract that train is going. the price and staff and location is not very well. Some rooms has less air circulation than others, so it's very hotsometimes. More friendly staffs?. No airconditioning, limited parking and room cleaning was sporadic. the rooms are too small even though all the rooms especialy the sweets ... also the staff are not more than 5 persones !?!. the room is too small and vary noicy. The staff not friendly they do not speak English, the man who in thereception is the same who serve you in the restaurant, some times thereis no body in the reception, the room was too small, I will not visit itagain, they did not smile .

In the autumn of 2003 we renovated all 40 rooms, the restaurant, the bar and the lobby. In the autumn of 2007, we added a spectacular 500 m² wellness centre and spa, a chillout lounge, a wine bar, a winter garden with an à la carte restaurant, a children's playroom with Playstation and children's movie theatre, and a new ski cellar. In addition, all rooms were upgraded with a multimedia LCD flat-screen TV, high-speed internet (LAN and WLAN), and extra big pillows.

Information about the area

Hiking trails as far as your feet can carry you: a mountain tour to Kitzsteinhorn or Schmittenhöhe is a special experience for active holiday makers. Against the backdrop of gorgeous scenery, you can make your way up to the peak either leisurely or at a fast speed. There are 83 splendid routes. Professional guides can accompany you on your way up if you so desire.
