It was a pleasant stay at this nice and quiet hotel. In a nice location
close to the lake, shopping and restaurants. Perfect breakfast with
different varieties and omelet is made to order according to your
preference thanks Keith :) I have a story to share with you about my
stay: my son forgot his mobile phone in the room after we checked out.
He realized his mobile is missing just before our arrival to Vienna!! I
contacted Keith (hotel manager) left a message then he got back to me

This hotel (pension Gudrun) is very comfort, it is like our home no any difficulty when staying there using hotel facilities and all our inquiry was solved by Mr. Keith.
Location is excellent, few steps to reach the lake, wide range of coffee shops, many shopping places and a big supermarket as well.
Car parking is available free of charge inside the hotel fence (two meters from the entrance).

The Pension Gudrun is very well located, central to Zell Am See town but on a quiet side street. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the Manager went out of his way on several occasions to give us advice on trips and even updating us on weather conditions. The rooms were exactly as described and were spacious with all the functionality we needed. Breakfast was great, very varied choice and lovely coffee! We would highly recommend the Pension Gudrun in Zell Am See and really appreciated t.
The staff in the pension was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with very good recommendations about hiking trails and local attractions according to our personal requirements, which made our stay in Zell am See an unforgettable experience. The lake is very close to the pension and some free green beaches are easily reachable by foot.

Staff very helpful to guide you to the various activities in and around
the town. They offer a good breakfast for only 5 euro. There is a
communal kitchen so we were able to cook and avoid restaurants for a few
days. This is a very relaxed family type place. The staff made us feel
right at home.
Location great for Central Zell am See, Sensible price. Housekeeper (who returned in the evening) and his friend were friendly, helpful and made us coffee and provided extra bedding on request. Off street parking (but only for about three vehicles). Double shower. Very comfortable beds.
The pension was an excellent with excellent service especially mr.jirka who is an outstanding person and a very helpful person in terms of services and as a guide for us an tourists.
The location was very nice only 100 meters from the lake and 100 meters from the suq and 200meters from the train station, next time I will book there again.
The staff was friedly and we got good tips hoe to continue the journey with a motorbike. Nice room with a balcony in the middle of the city.

It is just a home not a hotel, may be this is a disadvantage, but I
think it is kind of change. The breakfast is the best to have there, you
just like in home. They give us a special discount because the poor
housekeeping.
The parking space of the pension is limited and sometimes we had to park outside. Our room was relatively small and minimalistic.
I was comfortable along my one week stay in Austria, and nothing to
mention except expensive items and food stuff.
I thought we had a kitchen in our appartment, but it is shared by
everyone, so you may have to wait a bit to cook your supper.
Despite signs of some refurbishment the place looked tired and needed further upgrading. There was nobody on duty to welcome us as it was the housekeeper's day off. We never saw the owner. Minimal breakfast. WiFi was not available in all rooms but worked well in the downstairs sitting area.
