We injoied our staying in the hotel. The family members were very lovely & helpfull whene we asked about information. The room size was goog for a couple and well furnished. The location was great near from every thing , the leak, resturante, postplatz and the shoping streats. The breakfast was also nice .i recomend it very strongly. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke great English. As a single parent travelling with 2 children I especially appreciated the way the hotel accommodated our request for a third person in a double room. Our rooms had great views of the lake.

Normal rooms were small and old. small room, but ok considering location and price. No safebox in Room, although they said they have it. no reception after 8 PM. other than that is fine, But Zell Am See is real tourist trap. - paid parking (not free). Nothing. Nothing... Everything was OK. Rooms were a little basic, but added to the charm. Noisy at night No car parking No elevator from level 0, you have to use stairs. No much services provided. - You have to walk up stairs with your luggage, baby strollers, especially if you come late in the evening when the rear door is closed. (less stairs at the rear, and next to the lift). Room r very small and the home service is very slow. Poor room ventilation Can not open windows as it is just above the "fuss gang" of town which was noisy till late... Lake of Flexibility. Room has 1 chair. Hotel doors closed 7 pm. No trach. No teshus. No room service.
