The staff couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you needed they were there to advise or point you in the right direction. The food was excellent. having the spa was great, especially after a day on the slopes.The location is absolutely brilliant, literally a minutes walk from the bars, restaurants etc and 5 minutes to the city express to get to the slopes. It really was first class. Ursula and her staff where incredibly helpful and friendly.The Zel am see card was brilliant. We rated this place the most enjoyable experience in central europe.
