Please note that there is no reception desk. You can pick up your key cards from the key box located at the entrance of the building to your apartment. The access code will be sent to you a few days before arrival. You can also visit the office at Marc-Aurel-Straße 7, 1010 Vienna, between 09:00 and 18:00 for any questions.
In case of any damages or missing items, please inform Visionapartments within 3 days after check-in.
For stays longer than 6 nights, a weekly change of towels is included in the price.
Please note that access to the apartment can be requested without prior notice from 09:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday for weekly cleanings, repairs by the property’s technician, and viewing appointments with potential clients.

Please note that the property requires a damage deposit. For bookings up to 14 nights, a fixed amount of EUR 300, and for bookings of more than 14 nights, a fixed amount of EUR 500 will be pre-authorized (blocked) on the credit card on the day of booking. It will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 weeks until this amount is available again on your credit card.
