The apartment is located about 500 meters from the main street (Simmering) in front of the opposite end of the street and is Braunhubergasse walk to public transport about 5 minutes. But this is an advantage because you do not hear the street noise and the place is very quiet. Also, every time I found parking for car parking is free. The apartment is small but has everything needed for a family with 1-2 children or less a bigger one. The internet is going very well and I made full use of each. all reviews »
This is an apartment not a hotel room. The owner is extremely helpful, way beyond what was necessary. It was very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need to spend a few days in Vienna. The neighborhood is residential and industrial, but was very quiet and secure. There´s free parking (try to get there early because after 6:00pm is harder to find space). There are some good restaurants close by, also supermarkets.
The metro station is some 15 minutes walking but there`s a tram station .
Correct! the apartment was very nice, and with all necessary equipment, and most important the owner was very friendly and helpfull, I would recommend this apartment to friends and to Bookings.com customers.
