Helpful staff, extra large room with extra large beds. Toilet and shower divided (great when you have kids), tv with usb, free map (20+ pages) of the city with subway, tram and bus lines clearly marked. They print out a parking ticket with hotel name and room number that you can put on your dashboard. So you're parked free in the city, 5 min. From the closest subway station. What more could you want?.

We stay in this hotel for the first time. The reason we selected this hotel is because not to far from the Airport and possibility to stay for three of us. So, we spent only one night, coming at about 11 pm and leave in 4 am. In generally, we like this hotel, the design and facilities. Everything looks good because of new. Good hotel for youths and families with children. Just a small walk to metro and tram. Nice bar with good coffee at the first floor that is open 24h, and huge "relaxation" area with TV, sofas, something for children, I've even seen table tennis here. Clean and recently renovated (or brand new?) rooms. Excellent value for money. The hotel is very clean, tidy and the staff very friendly. The hotel has free parking. U-bahn and trams are nearby (5 minutes walk). Also, nearby is a small shopping center. In future we wil choose this hotel again. The service is excellent. Comfortable and so much storage space. Beds are really comfy and we love breakfast. I like the atmosphere in the bar in the evenings too. Basic but perfectly fine hotel. It is geared more towards families with (young) kids, but as a childless couple, the facilities and amenities were also fine. Fairly convenient for centre and airport, with the underground station being nearby. I stay there for 3 nights. Very pleasant, nice and caring staff. The room was very clean, the Breakfast was great. The hotel is placed few minutes walk from the subway and main road. Next time I'll be in Vienna I definitely stay there again. The premises were clean and fresh. We chose it because it was reasonably close to the airport, and was not charging outrageous prices. Staff were very helpful, both around organizing the airport taxi and helping with a non-working TV. Complicated Wi-Fi access (but the staff was helpful to resolve this issue). location is a bit inconvenient, but the walk to the metro is short, and while the streets are not beautiful they are perfectly safe. Check out was a bit of a farce with too few staff trying to deal with too many guests. Having some sort of system for guests who have pre-paid to quickly check out would have been great. -Close to a factory or some kind of construction place. Breakfast was rather poor and quite expensive (per advertisements) luckily it was included in the price of the room. Location definitely not the best in Vienna being quite far out of the city centre. The surrounding area with all the construction made it difficult to find. 1. The location is hard to find (it suites next to the construction site, so the buildboard of the hotel is hard to find). Minibar refrigarator was smelly... I didn,t like the view from my room,. Quite a bit noisy environment due construction site nearby. Parking lot not big enough for guest. Few guests were fined by police in the morning as they park their cars on the hotel side of the street. Building yard near the hotel (few meters); Not enough light in the room (several lamps burned); No carpets in the room;. No laundry service, or laundry selfservice. Parking lot can be full, but the places on the street are always available. Construction works very close to the hotel, but it is a temporary problem. It is close to an area under construction. This is not a problem for the accommodation but maybe a little bit confusing to find the hotel the first time. Nothing. Quite far from any sights, bad view due to contruction on the neighbouring lot, the nearest U-Bahn station is 7 mins by foot. - view from the window, but in fact it isn't the most important thing in Vienna ;). A little far from the city and the metro station. The surrounding is kind of dirty and noisy due to a nearby new building construction. Eu ajungeam dupa 3-4 noaptea si nu mai gaseam parcare,ceea ce e o problema delicata,parcam pe strada dar nu foarte linistit, datorita interdictiilor din zona!. The building in location... The AC didn't work to well, which made it a touch uncomfortable given the warm temperatures. - Huge pillows (really annoying) - poor WiFi (internet) service! The service is NOT free as advertised (just for the first 30 minutes or so) and the connection is really poor. - rooms not very well insulated to noise (hope for the neighbours sleeping!). At least shall be plastic cup in bathroom for brush teeth use, however there is none. 2 single beds placed near each other for a double bed. Too small. The rooms are practicle and clean but could be a bit more warmer in design. Look too much like a youth hostel - very simple. room access phone room access internet there wasn't a minibar in the room. Not the hotel fault at all, but waking to the sound of construction next to the hotel at 6:30 each morning was high frustrating. The concrete powder blown onto the car was also not appreciated. Area around the hotel under construction but not disturbing. Complicated Wi-Fi access, location, parking not big enough, no aspirin. location near the construction site, parking. The food is not amazing.
