  Staff were excellent in particular Michael, Sarah and Bridget. The free leisure pass was an added surprise-a ride on each of the gondolas, free bike hire and loads more. There is loads of hiking and bike trails in the area. The food in the restaurant was excellent if a little pricey, but it saves driving back down to the town.   The owner was very helpfull and left the doors open for our late arrival and was very pleasant to me even when I called her phone after one in the morning. The dining room which closes at 9.30 was kept open late for us to have breakfast and Christine who served us is a lovely lady. - The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff were both... what people say » helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice. I cannot comment on the the free leisure facilities as we did not use them.
