The owner was very helpfull and left the doors open for our late arrival and was very pleasant to me even when I called her phone after one in the morning. The dining room which closes at 9.30 was kept open late for us to have breakfast and Christine who served us is a lovely lady. The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff were both helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice. I cannot comment on the the free leisure facilities as we did not use them.
