  The hotel was central, beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfasts were excellent, with a hot choice cooked to order. - This was one of the best hotels we stayed in and would recomend it to anyone going to that area everything was top class no faults at all very well done

  We stayed two days in a very pleasant hotel. Room was huge, very comfortable and very clean. Nice restaurant for dinner & rich Breakfast buffet. Above all, the couple’s running the place are extremely nice as can be and would do anything possible to please & help. The owner “insists” helping planning the days with a lot of patients & k... what people say » nowledge. I really cannot think of any objections or criticism. We've enjoyed our stay at Bürglstein very much and would recommend it to everybody ag - Excellent service at the hotel made it a pleasant stay. Wolfgang even went out of his way to help us book tickets to the railway train & gave us recommendations on where to go on rainy days, which was much needed with a 2.5 yr old toddler in tow. Our room was very clean, cosy, modern and well-equipped. There was a good selection at that buffet breakfast as well as a big collection of toys in the children's corner which kept our toddler very happy.

  We booked our appartment for 6 nights. It had a large bathroom, kitchenette, dining area, sitting room with the tv, and bedroom- all very modern and it was cleaned and kept spotless each day. We anticipated doing our own catering ,but the quality of the breakfast buffet , and the quality and price of the dinners was so good that we ate in every d... what people say » ay. Parking provision is good and right by the front .entrance.Extremely pleasant proprietors.The lady of the house speaks extremely good English, and - Good location at the crossing of Rainerstraße and B154; easy to reach from the Mondsee Straße (B 154) . Close to the city center and to the beach (walking distance). The hotel's parking can accommodate all the guests' cars (there is also a second parking that belongs to the restaurant run by the same family). The breakfast was OK both in quality and variety. The room was spacious and comfortable. Hint: ask for a room in the ground flour, then wi-fi will be available in the room too.

  Friendly reception by owner; great service on getting in and settled. Home style atmosphere, great cuisine! Owners take special pride in setting up a relationship with guests. Excellent value for money. This hotel was the best value we had travelling from London, Zurch, Innsbruck, Salzburg and Vienna.   The entire staff were super friendly - from the reception, the restaurant waiters, to the room keepers. We even had the lucky chance to meet the owner while he was playing the piano in the hotel den, and he was also super friendly. He even graciously invited us to his rehearsal. We particularly appreciated the restaurant reception (I can’t rememb... what people say » er her name!) who graciously heated up my 2-year old’s milk before breakfast hours even started. When my son missed his lunch at a restaurant in St. W - I stayed two nights at this hotel and couldn't have been more pleased. I stayed in a surprisingly large "single" room, with a "sideview" of the lake. The room was pleasant and supplied with all amenities, and I particularly enjoyed having a comfortable spot for my netbook; Their wifi connection was excellent. The dining room and terraces and other lounge areas were lovely and relaxing, and I was fortunate enough to have unseasonably warm weather and loved sitting outdoors enjoying the view. Bre
