  Heimgartl is perfectly located on the bank of the River Inn with a wonderful view over to the city on the other side. It is just 15 minutes walk from the old city, 20 minutes walk from the railway station. Bus F runs from the airport to the railway station every 15 minutes. We had a table and two chairs so we were able to picnic in our room. There is a waterfall inbetween this hotel and the building next to it. It's very close to the Alpenzoo; a steep walk up with switchbacks through a lovely wooded area or a short drive to their parking lot.
