  It was one of the best stays I ever had in any of the appartment-type hotels. They offer a great variety of activities for children. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. - Rooms were wonderful. Food was great. Beautiful location. Staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. A GREAT hotel!

  The hotel is pretty good. It's location is perfect with quick access to both lifts in Bad Gastein and in other towns by bus (bus stop is 5 min walking distance). The personnel is exceptionally good and supportive with attention to all guest's wishes - The staff are helpful. The rooms are good, but it depends which you get.   Design and layout of the apartment were perfect, enough space for 5 to 6 people and a great lounge/kitchen area to hang out together. We are all up for party but stayed in quite a few nights as the flat was so nice and convenient!   Great staff - Margaret (the owner) is very friendly and the most helpful of the hotel staff we met during our trip. (She even did laundry for us!) Setting is beautiful, in a quiet (in the summer) town surrounded by mountains.

  mostly everything was nice, the apartment was very nice, the position was very nice but a little bit unpractical because you can not reach the house without a car, but this problem is quite good organized by cable car - Loved the room and the chair lift to the hotel. Food at the Bellvue Alm was amazing. Cozy. Amazing views.

  We loved the view from our room and balcony! The showers are huge and with heaps of hot water. The hotel restaurant is excellent too. You pay 10 euros for dinner which is: self service soup and salad (delicious soup and wonderful choice of salads), then a choice of two main courses, and finally dessert. We paid 2 euros each for a glass of wine.... what people say » Excellent value for money. Breakfast was self service with a wonderful selection to choose from. The hotel public areas are beautiful and there is - The hotel is beautifully perched high on a hill, providing spectacular views. It is well worth the climb to get there. My 2 nieces and I were upgraded to a family room which was larger than my apartment back home! It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and so fresh. Staff were most friendly and accommodating and I look forward to returning there one day, again, in the future.
