  It was one of the best stays I ever had in any of the appartment-type hotels. They offer a great variety of activities for children. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. - Rooms were wonderful. Food was great. Beautiful location. Staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. A GREAT hotel!

  The hotel is pretty good. It's location is perfect with quick access to both lifts in Bad Gastein and in other towns by bus (bus stop is 5 min walking distance). The personnel is exceptionally good and supportive with attention to all guest's wishes - The staff are helpful. The rooms are good, but it depends which you get.   Great staff - Margaret (the owner) is very friendly and the most helpful of the hotel staff we met during our trip. (She even did laundry for us!) Setting is beautiful, in a quiet (in the summer) town surrounded by mountains.

  We loved the view from our room and balcony! The showers are huge and with heaps of hot water. The hotel restaurant is excellent too. You pay 10 euros for dinner which is: self service soup and salad (delicious soup and wonderful choice of salads), then a choice of two main courses, and finally dessert. We paid 2 euros each for a glass of wine.... what people say » Excellent value for money. Breakfast was self service with a wonderful selection to choose from. The hotel public areas are beautiful and there is - The hotel is beautifully perched high on a hill, providing spectacular views. It is well worth the climb to get there. My 2 nieces and I were upgraded to a family room which was larger than my apartment back home! It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and so fresh. Staff were most friendly and accommodating and I look forward to returning there one day, again, in the future.
