  We were two young female backpackers and it was an experience we will never forget....We liked the staff (pretty sure seeing them all dressed like girls was probably why haha)...when we first arrived they offered us free goon....mmmm...played some games ;p had a night out on the town :) they showed us where to get pizza...great atmosphere... And o... what people say » ur own bathroom :d woot woot!!!! Umm and yea it's just very friendly! - Customer service was superb. Soraya at reception was especially helpful and went out of her way to keep family in one room after I changed booking at the last minute. Awesome location, next to central railway and monorail.

  The hotel staff were amazingly accomodating, professional and their generous flexibility is highly commendable - thank you Chris! The attention to detail for being truly "clean" is astounding, the best I have ever experienced. I stay in many 5 star hotels for business, this beats all the likes of Westin/Soffitel etc. - The Staff was very helpful... what people say » and friendly, and the service they provided was exceptional! The appartment was very clean, modern and stylish. The location was perfect, walking distance to the centre, and to other areas of interest. But still located in a quiet area.
