It was sheer pleasure to stay at Quay West! The Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and bent over backwards to be helpful.
I ordered Room Service breakfast which was delivered hot and on time and it was everything and more than I expected.
Bouquets to Quay West - I can't wait to return. -

The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything.

Got upgraded to a junior suite gorgeous room. All the detail in the room makes a big difference between the five star hotels in the world and this room had a lot of detail, very comfortable bed, TV in the bath, ambient lighting that changed colour around the bed, very comprehensive room service menu, lovely selection of teas, sink next to the tea

loved the location, the self contained rooms were spotless and very spacious. I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March. Highly recommend that its the best place to stay while in Sydney!!

Cleaning staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a superior apartment after a mix up between the letsbookhotel.com booking and how the hotel had received the booking. The hotel staff were very prompt in resolving the issue. -

It's location easy to get into Sydney cbd. The hotel owners were so
welcoming and helpful. Our studio apartment was comfortable and well
equipped with everything you needed we were particularly grateful for
the washing machine and tumble dryer and some sachets of washing
powder.There was a nice continental breakfast which was part of the room
rate. In our opinion a good place to stay for a reasonable room rate.

The obliging demour of the friendly desk staff. The cleaning staff did a great job. The kitchen facilities were terrific. The location was exceptional in relation to Coles and Harris' Farm Market. Location was a very short walk to the beautiful Bondi beach - two grocery stores a few shops away- stocked our wonderful new kitchen. Spotless - large comfy bed and pull out was great as well for our daughter - room dividers pulled to make two rooms. Everything was top rate. Very happy there. Would go back anytime - staff was excellent!!!!!!!

The apartments were very luxurious. With this and the gym, pool and spa you could spend all day there. However only a 5min walk to Bondi beach and cafes.
The 1st night we stayed the people in the neighbouring apartment were very noisy. The staff were brilliant about and the next night moved us and upgraded us for free.

The attention to detail for being truly "clean" is astounding, the best I have ever experienced. I stay in many 5 star hotels for business, this beats all the likes of Westin/Soffitel etc. -
