A nice, clean, modern hostel. Bathrooms/showers were in good condition and clean. A great location close to central station, so it's easy to catch a train to the airport/blue mountains etc. Staff were really friendly too.

Location was close to North Shore Private Hospital, the reason for our visit, but also close to public transport for other purposes. There was adequate free parking, not always the case in Sydney. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant served great food for breakfast and dinner.

I loved the location, the design of the hotel, the downstairs access to two wonderful bars, being close by to great restaurants, a short walk to Potts Point, to fashionable Paddington & to the beautiful harbour views of Elizabeth Bay. I made a wrong booking for a day too late and the hotel was full for the night, but the lady at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful and found me a room that someone else missed a flight for. She totally made my day.
Despite the plain look from the outside, the hotel was pretty cool on the inside.
My fault for not checking the maps, I thought it would be right next to the airport. I ended up having to take a taxi that cost $15 to the hotel.

Staff excellent. Our clean twin room had tiled ensuite, fridge, TV & aircon. We just had to walk down through a park (tennis courts & pool) & were at Central Stn, the hub for all transport. Although it was on a major road our room was pretty quiet. Staff organised shuttle to the airport which was $12 door to door whereas train to / from Central $15! Excellent pub & other eateries nearby.
