  I have lived in Aus for five years, this time , just come back for travelling, because need to stay for one week, so i choose this apartment hotel. The location was good, near the Myer , David Jones, China town and the most attractions. And the room equipmented with all the things you need, just like in you home. so i recommend it to the people w... what people say » ho will have a long stay in Sydney - The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything.

  My husband and I, loved the location , as it was walking distance to cafes, buses , ferry, shops, Sydney harbour, Opera house and trains. We loved the comfy bed and pillows so much we haven't slept as well since arriving home. We loved the polite, well mannered and very professional staff, who treat you with such respect no matter what you are wea... what people say » ring. The staff were so wonderful as they followed up on our tour booking for the next day ,which we didn't expect. It was awesome. Nothing was too mu - Very comfortable and quiet hotel in an excellent location. Staff offered us a reasonably priced upgrade to a harbour view room which we accepted. Beautiful room on a high floor and lovely view. Great bathroom with separate shower which I prefer. We had a room service late snack which arrived promptly. Quality of food was average but as we only had the mushroom soup other options could have been tastier. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices for a a wide variety of cultures.

  As an Events Manager I had traveled from nz to organised a ladies night out for a friends birthday at the Sheraton Sydney. As soon as we walked in the doors we were treated like princesses and the service continued till we were spoilt rotten. I was raised up with lavished hotels so I have high and fussy expectations. The Executive Lounge Bar defia... what people say » ntly made all the difference. The rooms were well facilitated , efficient heating and cooling control, spacious with lavishing decor. The bathroom bat - We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream. All the staff we encountered were very helpful. It is situated very close to the CBD so was withi
