  My favourite hostel where I always stay in Sydney, probably stayed there for 2 months in total. Location is perfect, staff is friendly, rooms are good and clean in general.   We arrived at the hotel and saw the stairs and thought "Oh No", but reception immediately said they would bring our bags up for us. We were really grateful. Same thing in the morning. She totally made my day. Despite the plain look from the outside, the hotel was pretty cool on the inside. My fault for not checking the maps, I thought it would be right next to the airport.   The cleaning staff did an excellent job 'making up' our room every day and made an effort to fit into our doctor appt times. The room was very clean and a nice leafy aspect from the balcony. The reception staff were very considerate in giving us a quiet room at the back of the motel at the last minute. The surrounds of the motel were also very cle... what people say » an. We would certainly go back again. - Location was close to North Shore Private Hospital, the reason for our visit, but also close to public transport for other purposes. There was adequate free parking, not always the case in Sydney. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant served great food for breakfast and dinner.

This backpackers is very safe, therefore I recommend widely. - Love how everyone was so social compared to other backpackers that i've been too. Dave was a great entertainment liaison!

  Location was very central. It was a 4 minute walk from Kings Cross Station and 20 minute walk into the city area (QVB). The staff were all very helpful. We were arriving in the morning and requested for an early check in one week in advance by calling up. When we arrived, we were told this request was not put in and there's a surcharge of $40 for ... what people say » early check in. But after explaining our side of the situation, the staff waived the fees and found us a ready room in 10 minutes. The rooms were cle - I loved the location, the design of the hotel, the downstairs access to two wonderful bars, being close by to great restaurants, a short walk to Potts Point, to fashionable Paddington & to the beautiful harbour views of Elizabeth Bay. I especially loved the comfy bed, this is always a must when staying in a hotel, I love a good night's sleep.

  The location was excellent together with the value for money. The breakfast was delicious. - The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. Especially the dining room staff at dinnertime. The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. The balconies of the lodge were an extra surprise.
