The front desk staff were excellent. So helpful. We were in Melbourne looking for a flat for our daughter so had some paperwork to do. Staff did some photocopying and faxing for us and it was no trouble for them.(We had our own laptop and internet) We needed a carpark and were able to have one. I n a visit a few weeks before the weather was very hot and they gave us an iceblock and cold drink on our return from house hunting. Very thoughtful-full marks. We will certainly visit again.

We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. Our 2 bedroom apartment represented really good value compared to others in the same price range. Spacious bedrooms with 3 single beds for the kids - no need to worry about bunks! Very clean & well equipped for cooking etc.. It's so nice to finally find decent sized coffee mugs supplied too (the little things are important!). Helpful, friendly staff - a great family stay! Oh.. And free wi-if that actually worked!! ;)

We phoned to say we were running late. They went and put the air conditioner in room so it wouldn't be freezing when we arrived.
On leaving we stated we would stay again. Room was clean, of a good standard and very reasonably priced. -

A great location handy to the airport,,which is what we were looking for. Happy hour at the bar was great, with the staff treating all the guests that were there as part of the family. There was no hesitation from staff when we told them that we needed the courtesy bus to the airport at 4:30am. Room was comfy, clean and was exactly what we needed. Wife enjoyed the in-room spa

Nice staff, we got a free upgrade for our room, but it`s still not so big. However, the seaside view was wonderful, 1 min walking to the beach and the little bridge, good-looking old fashion building, facilities were fined, food were quite expensive. Break-first buffet looks nice but we didn`t have enough time to try it.

The little apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was easy to book, to extend our stay for a few days, and to check out -- that was all very efficient. Just enough servicing to make keeping the place tidy, without being intrusive. Fantastic location and great value. We'll definitely stay there next time we're in Melbourne.

We had a really great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and gave us great tips of what to go and see. Location was in short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Grounds had great pool and our family room was perfect for our two children who asked to come back again. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!
