This hotel suited us exactly it had all we needed for a short 3 day stay in Melbourne. Close to shops theatre, art centre Fedration Square and public transport. Bed was comforable, room clean and fresh, bathroom was new with good shower and loads of hot water. The cost of a three night stay was incredably inexpensive for its central city position. Not a luxury hotel if you want spa baths etc. but most definitely a good quality hotel for travellers who want a bit more than backpacker budget hot

The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning.

Enjoyed the stay with my partner, my sister and cousins. Mark and his wife were lovely hosts very accomodating very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and neat very cosy and comfy. The apartment was spotless and we had everything that we needed and more!
Location was better than I had hoped with a 5min walk to Southern Cross station which was perfect for the Skybus and 10min walk into the City Centre & Southbank.

We stayed here for 7 days. Great location, 3 min walk from the free city tram stop, 5 min walk to sea life, 8 min walk to crown casino and10 min walk to federation square. Very convenient! Spacious and clean room. Staff were excellent in providing assistance when required. Very fuss free. Unfortunately room wifi was down but we understand it's an isolated incident. Nonetheless, will stay here again!

We stayed here to be just outside lakes entrance as its only about a 20 min drive, only stayed 2 nights, good place to sleep at night, the facilities were more than sufficient for our needs, friendly staff and free wifi :)
