  I cannot express how much of a perfect time we had at Roydon. From the pickup at the airport to the transfer back to the airport, everything was just as we had wished for but better. Our apartment (111) was fantastic, overlooking the ocean and beach. It was spacious, clean and had every facility you could wish for. We booked our Quicksilver cruise to the outer barrier reef with him plus transfers from a bus stop 2 m - We have had the Appartement with two Bedrooms and balcony with Oceanview. The Sunrise was really great to see from the balcony!!!! The Appartement was very big and very clean. The kitchen is well equiped. We felt like home and Eddi was very helpful to orginized our day trips for us. The Roydon is located perfectly at the beach and for day trips around cairns (Great Barrier Reef, Kuranda .....). It is perfect to stay with Children.

  We had made a reservation at Roydon’s for one week but found it more than worth extending and in the end we stayed for almost three weeks. Despite the season and holiday period and our rather short notice decision, we were given a generous discount for the extension period by the manager. Trinity Beach is a lovely beach area not too far from Cairns yet easy day trips to all the sights in the greater Cairns area Kitchen is very well equipped including shopping bags, esky, all the utensils, pots and pans you need. Rosa and Michael are the best hotel managers, lovely and very accommodating and gave me exactly what I've asked for, a unit with a balcony fronting the Noosa River.   The size and space of the apartment. Everything I required was in the apartment. Location and views. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. - Good value for money, centrally located a block or so back from the beach in the centre of town. Huge well appointed apartments.

If you want to avoid the killer hill, there is a pathway leading from the apartments which runs along the creek and is not quite so steep.   The location was supreme! The managers are exceptional - friendly, welcoming, offering great old fashioned service. Apartment was very clean and had quality appliances etc. Will definately return and recommend. - We loved the relaxing atmosphere, the mangers are very helpful and welcoming!

  Modern well fitted apartment. Lots of room to move . Balcony off living room and bedroom. Roof top area with spa and loungers , table and bbq. Good parking area undercover. Cot and baby chair provided. Very close to shops and beach. Staff were very responsive to all requests. Great coastal walks . We had a car. Coles and shopping centre 3 Kms away... what people say » . - Excellent staff, very helpful. Helped us book the appropriate tours, transfers to airport etc... Excellent location, great appartment, great view, it was more than what we expected which is rare enough in the Australian tourism industry. - We were very impressed! So clean, spacious, friendly, and great to walk into the Airlie beach resturants and shops !!! After staying around Airlie for over 8 years and several apartments we have finally found our home away from home!! :)

Plenty of good cooking/serving ware and generous supplies of shampoo/soaps etc in bathrooms/kitchen. Short walk to supermarket, shopping plaza, movies, bars & eateries. Our views to the ocean were beautiful. We had a great time staying here and would have no hesitation in recommending Waves to anyone. The staff were friendly and helpful. The best coffee could be had at Mikki's just near the entrance to the hotel driveway...highly recommended for food, service, and of course coffee!
