  We were impressed at the quality of the accom for the price and the features like beach inlet bbqs - everything was 'neat as a pin' and better than some 4/5 star resorts for cleanliness. The location (approx 1.2km from main street) and ease of travel with bus and ferry services for our teenager and toddler (to beach at Hastings St) was also great.... what people say » We felt spoilt by the simple niceties like quality soaps, a full size fridge, small store close by and easy bus ride to the supermarket. The differen - We were pleasantly surprised that the advertisements accurately described our unit. We had a ground floor unit which was easily accessed from the covered car space. It opened out onto lawns which led to the marina where birds and ducks frequently landed. It was very quiet and conveniently located. We hope to return one day, even in the middle of winter because the reverse cycle air-con meant there was adequate heating for cold winter nights, infrequent though they are in Noosa.

  I was there to relax after having surgery, we booked the place based on the price, my husband loved the pool just outside the room as I couldnt do much or walk far he made may trips down the steps and straight into the pool. the unit was lovely, set out well and very spacious - just what we needed. Decor beautiful in rooms & reception. Well maintained gardens & pool. Location was perfect for dining & shopping. From the moment we entered till we left we were made welcome & looked after. Highly recommend.

  Units had good facilities. Walk into town easy 5-10 minutes for main beach or 2 minutes to First Cove. Great lookout across the road you can see whales, turtles etc if about.   We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good.   The room was fantastic and the people were very friendly. The dinner and service at the restaurant was well above what was expected, absolutely beautiful. The spa on the roof was checked and turned on every morning and they even check and clean the BBQ for you.   The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean.
