  Units had good facilities. Walk into town easy 5-10 minutes for main beach or 2 minutes to First Cove. Great lookout across the road you can see whales, turtles etc if about.   With a 3 year old who loves water the pool was brilliant. The location of the units was also excellent being just 75 metres from the beach and 5 minutes walk into town. It was very quiet being off the main road and the upstairs rooms are shaded by treetops. - Apartments are very child friendly.   We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us.   The room was fantastic and the people were very friendly. The dinner and service at the restaurant was well above what was expected, absolutely beautiful. The spa on the roof was checked and turned on every morning and they even check and clean the BBQ for you. The resort was very clean and pretty with lovely gardens and ponds throughout. The pool was the perfect temperature. Plenty of sun loungers and day beds. Swim up pool bar was a bonus. We requested a room away from the noise and was given one by the management which was good.   Excellent room with kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea! We were on the 13th floor so had amazing views of the coast! Very clean and comfortable and a great price for the room / location! A 15 / 20 minute walk to surfers paradise where all the bars / restaurants / amusement arcades / shops are, and the same in the other direction to pacific ... what people say » fair shopping center... If it's too warm to walk there is a bus stop outside the hotel door to surfers, or a 5 minute walk to bus stop to pacific fair - All of it, the views, the rooms were spacious and inviting. The area it is in is fabulously close to everything, We literally parked for the whole week. I feel mean only marking the staff GOOD but I literally did not need them or see them other than entering and leaving the resort. They were friendly without being intrusive. Just lovely.
