  We stayed for seven nights with our family (2 Adults 2 children (Age 7 &5)) and had a 2 bedroom apartment. The space and layout was great and practical. The view was also lovely. The staff were also helpful and when needed they truly provided exceptional customer service. Our children loved the pool and spent most days there. Great place to relax but with a lot of holiday entertainment close by. Staff were great at contacting us to advise what we needed to do for a late check-in and provided easy to follow instructions.   My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the layout of the rooms was nice. We loved sitting out on the balconies' at night relaxing and listening to the local wildlife. Donna and Rick were a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and helpful.   We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good.   The room was fantastic and the people were very friendly. The dinner and service at the restaurant was well above what was expected, absolutely beautiful. The spa on the roof was checked and turned on every morning and they even check and clean the BBQ for you.   Stuart and Denise are the owners and they make you feel very welcome. The resort is comfortable, clean and close to amenities. We stayed here because we were looking for an apartment close to the Convention Centre, Also close to Pacific Fair and Oasis Shopping Centre and the beach is not far either.
